What products are featured in each MonthlyExpress collection?

Our monthly parcels contained high end luxury products with a boutique feel from all around the world, purveyed for your enjoyment and relaxation.

How much does a MonthlyExpress membership cost?

A MonthlyExpress membership is $129 per month.

What's the difference between membership and a gift purchase?

You can sign up for a membership for yourself (as a recurring monthly subscription) or you can purchase a single box. Memberships can be purchased for your friends and/or family. MonthlyExpress is great as a holiday gift, birthday present, or a pick me up surprise!

Please note: prepaid memberships (1,3,6, or 12 month gifts) cannot be refunded or canceled. 

Are there any hidden fees to the membership cost, such as shipping?

We take care of all of it! There are NO hidden fees.

Do you charge sales tax?

Your membership includes everything from the products in each collection to shipping, as well as sales tax.

When does my MonthlyExpress box ship each month?

Your MonthlyExpress order will ship out by the 20th of every month.

When should I expect to be bill for my membership?

We process your 1st payment when you join MonthlyExpress. After your initial payment, recurring payments are typically charged to your credit card by the 5th of every month.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. Email us at ME@MONTHLYEXPRESS.COM to cancel your membership. Be aware you will be charged on the 1st of each month for that particular month’s collection. Please be sure to cancel prior to the 1st of the month if you do not want that month’s box or would like to suspend your membership. ME@monthlyexpress.com to cancel your membership. If you have feedback for our team or want to share why you’re leaving, you can always email us at ME@monthlyexpress.com. We’re here to make your life easier!

Great question! Please contact us directly at ME@monthlyexpress.com if you would like to discuss the inclusion of your product. You should know up front that we have very high quality standards as we only curate the top line products for our members!

Order & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship to international members. We do ship to Canada. To place an order from Canada, please email us at ME@monthlyexpress.com.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We ship out by the 20th of every month. If we are able to get your order by the 10th of that month, in most cases we will be able to fulfill that particular month’s order. Every collection is carefully hand packed to make sure your ME time arrives in good order.

How much is shipping for items for the store?

The MonthlyExpress online store is open to members only. Shipping and handling is as follows:

*Applies to USPS Ground shipping within the 48 continental U.S. states only. Shipping rates for Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Canada will vary. Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

Shipping rates for orders going to Alaska , Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Canada are double that of the rates for the Continental U.S. for standard ground shipping. MonthlyExpress can only ship to the United States and Canada at this time.

How do I change my address?

It’s easy – just log in to your account and all of your information can be updated there.

What is your return policy?

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our member services department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

I particularly love one of the items in my MonthlyExpress box. Where can I buy more?

Great question! Our members-only store is available in the menu bar upon login. As a member, you  have access to a private online shop allowing you to order items included in your MonthlyExpress collections. To access the store click here.

I love MonthlyExpress and want to refer a friend. Do I receive credit?

We currently don’t have an affiliate or partner program set up at this time. Please contact us directly at ME@monthlyexpress.com if you would like to discuss referrals.

What should I do if a product is missing or damaged?

The carefully selected items in your collections should never be missing or damaged! That is unacceptable to our standards, but unexpected and unavoidable circumstances do occasionally happen during shipping. If anything has broken in transit, please email us right away at ME@monthlyexpress.com

What if I am allergic or have sensitive skin?

This is something we’re always working to address. As we learn more about your needs, we will do our best to include only products that work for you!
